NEW MEMBER APPLICATIONS OPEN

New member applications are now open for the Orange County Community Foundation Youth Council. New applicants must attend one of the three county high schools (Orleans, Paoli or Springs Valley and be in grades 8-12. Once the application deadline has passed, current Youth Council members interview prospective members one-on-one to determine whether or not each prospect is willing to donate their time, talent and treasure toward service to the community.

Membership in the Orange County Community Foundation Youth Council is open to all students at all three Orange County, Indiana high schools in grades 8 through 12. Applications are open at the beginning of each school year. Those who apply are interviewed during the month of August, and letters go out to all applicants, whether they are accepted to membership or not, by the end of August. The Youth Council works to empower the youth of the Orange County community by helping them better understand the philanthropic process through grant making, fundraising and community outreach.
